Wedding dress cleaning?

I spilled white grape juice on my wedding dresses,designer wedding dresses,bridesmaid dresses wholesale, back on July 30 2006 but couldn't afford to get it professionally cleaned. When I pulled it out of its garment bag today, it had yellow stains on it. I sprayed water on it and used a washcloth to wipe it away.
